Bonney Lake Manor is a beautiful community nestled on the plateau in the foothills of the beautiful Mt Rainier overlooking Sumner, Puyallup and Tacoma, Washington.

Effective Dec 18, 2020: The mailboxes for the Bonney Lake Manor HOA have been shut down. Any emails sent will be responded to with an autoresponder but otherwise ignored.  Thank you for understanding. 

As of 22, December 2019 – The HOA Board for Bonney Lake Manor was officially dissolved. This means going forward no dues will be collected and no one may represent themselves as a member of the board in any official capacity with respect to collection of dues or enforcement of CC&Rs. If you are a title company you can consider this official notice that demand letters will be ignored. This page will remain up for historical purposes and the domain will continue to be owned by one of the final board members to prevent cybersquatting or theft of any homeowner data via ‘phishing’.
